Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on most new, unused, and uninstalled parts within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unmodified.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all parts, hardware, and documentation.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Electrical parts or components

  • Special order or custom parts

  • Items that have been installed, altered, or damaged

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

  1. Request a Return Authorization
    Email us at sales@brislyncarsinc.com or contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Instructions
    We'll provide return shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns without an RA# may be delayed or denied.

  3. Ship the Item Back
    You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable for expedited options) are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue.
    We’ll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order separately.
