We teamed up with a cutting-edge 3D scanning company to reverse-engineer the dashboards from both the 1998 model and the 1999–2002 models — which, yes, actually have different internal structures. Our goal was ambitious: make one high-quality replacement dash that fits both designs perfectly.
After months of testing and countless 3D-printed prototypes, we partnered with a local U.S.-based injection molding company to bring the final version to life.
